What warranties are included on your glasses?

All our products (lenses and frames) are covered by a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects. We also guarantee the “non-fit” of all our progressive lenses up to 6 months from the date of purchase. In addition to the offer, free of charge, the "worry-free" insurance will be included for accidental breakages valid for one year.

What are the delivery times?

For progressive lenses one working week excluding holidays + shipping

For other non prescription lenses 3 working days + shipping

What are the accepted payment methods?

Each Optical Shop point of sale is equipped with a POS device, all cards are accepted, cash is not allowed.
